Let me introduce myself, my name is Aleshia and I am a Recruiter for our amazing customer service positions across U of U Health Hospitals and Clinics. Although I was born in Kansas, I have lived in Utah all my life. Outside of work I spend my time supporting my 4 and 7 year old daughters at dance, cheer, and tumbling! You can also find me playing softball and flag football with my husband when we are not attending University of Utah football games.
I chose to work at University of Utah Health for many reasons. First, I could influence the exceptional care our patients receive. My background of training and managing in customer service teams gave me a great foundation to identify top talent to join our organization and provide exceptional patient experiences. Second, the presence the U of U has is hard to ignore. We have earned our place as a top company to work for and receive award winning patient care. Who doesn’t want to be part of a winning team! These are just a few of the reasons I joined the University of Utah, I would encourage you to introduce yourself so we can share the opportunities that will be a great fit for you!

I work with all new hires during their time between their job offer and new employee orientation. What I love about working with the Talent Acquisition team is being part of the onboarding process. You get to meet people from all walks of life. There is such a huge diversity of people here at the U of U Health.
I spent the last 12 years in the United States Army Field Artillery. Knowing that at some point my military career would end, I sought out for something that would extend into the civilian world. This began my work into Human Resources. Once honorably discharged from the United States Army, I looked to start my new career with a respectable company. That is when I applied and was hired at U of U Health. I am so proud that I am a part of this organization.
We’re very excited to get to know all about you. We would love to have you be a part of the University of Utah Health family.
Hello, my name is Lina and I am the recruiter for all health care assistants (CNA) positions with University of Utah Health’s Hospitals and Clinics. Education and health are the two most important pillars for me and my family. I couldn’t think a better organization to work for when I moved to Utah. Working here allows me and my family to continue education and also to be a strategic partner building an amazing healthcare community at the U of U Health.
My husband and I chose to move to Utah from the humid Midwest because of high quality of life, beautiful landscape and safe communities. We enjoy hiking, paddle boards and skiing. Living in the state that is the home for Sundance Film Festival and five national parks in the couple hours of drive, cannot be missed.
If you are ready for “Life elevated”, please send me a short introduction! I will be honored to help you land your dream job!
