Work hours are flexible between 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri, to accommodate students’ class schedules and other commitments. We expect between 5-20 hours/week, which can be scheduled as needed.

Job Summary

You’ll work with the academic division managers to provide administrative support to the College of Nursing academic divisions by scheduling appointments, managing data and files, placing textbook orders, interacting with faculty and staff, etc.

Responsibilities

This position is for WORK - STUDY funded students only. Please do not apply unless you have a current WS award.

1. Creates and maintains files

2. Schedules appointments and arranges for meetings

3. Answers questions about the organization and associated activities

4. Assists with word processing, data entry and internet searches

5. Other reasonable duties as assigned
