Job Summary

The Utah System of Higher Education is seeking a part-time work study receptionist Administrative Assistant to provide complex administrative support in the Commissioner’s Office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, determine purpose of visit, verify identity, log arrival and departure times and contact the host of the visitor
  • Provide superior customer service to all guests and internal employees
  • Ability to provide general administrative support for executive staff
  • Answer USHE main phone line and transfers calls accordingly
  • Provide parking validations for visitors
  • Maintain office equipment and purchase office supplies
  • Schedule conference rooms, and assist with set-up and clean-up for all meetings, interviews, events and luncheons.
  • Assist the Executive Administrative and Administrative Assistants as needed
  • Manage inbound/outbound mail deliveries.
  • Complete project work upon request
  • Maintain a clean and neat environment in the 5th floor lobby and conference rooms at all times
