Job Summary

The Counseling Center is looking for a part-time reliable office helper to assist with general office support. Needs to have work-study funding.


Duties include: mimeographing, collating, stapling, running errands, duplicating-printing, filing, proofreading, copying, miscellaneous tasks: variety-other duties as assigned, answering phones, customer service, general office support as needed. Responsible to assist in any way to help with the flow of office work. Includes working to support other areas of the Counseling Center, e.g., Testing Center.

Great and interesting work experience—willing to work around school schedule—Monday-Friday.

Minimum Qualifications

One year of general office experience, or equivalency; effective communication skills, and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required.
