Job Summary

The Division of Health System Innovation and Research is looking for undergraduate student researchers. They will assist in patient recruitment for research studies, primarily over the phone and will be responsible for maintaining records and logs.

The Department of Population Health Sciences provides methodological expertise and infrastructure to advance capacity for impact-driven research and support clinical professionals in providing better patient and population-oriented care in an increasingly complex health care delivery system. Through our research, education, and community engagement activities, we promote patient-centered health care and the delivery of evidence-based health innovations that improve population health and reduce health disparities within our community. Responsibilities

1. Assists HSIR Division Research Staff with ongoing research studies.

2. Maintains patient recruitment logs

3. Works in a call-center type setting to recruit patients for ongoing research studies.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferences

This job will entail a significant amount of time in a call-center type setting. Applicants should be self directed and require little supervision after an initial training period.
