Job Summary

The Department of Population Health Science is looking for graduate and undergraduate student researchers (Work-Study). Student researchers will provide support to the Cerebral Palsy Research Network (CPRN; and the Cleft Outcomes Research Network (CORNET) team members and assist the Principal Investigators. These networks aim to improve treatments and outcomes for people with Cerebral Palsy and Cleft Palates through rigorous data collection practices that plan and execute high quality clinical trials and quality improvement protocols. The work will help prepare the student researcher for positions in in healthcare and hospital systems, research, and in government.


1. Collect and compile data from a variety of sources; may enter data into data management systems.

2. May perform quality control in order to resolve discrepancies and overlaps with data.

3. Maintains up to date files and records of research data.

4. Assists other research employees with additional tasks as relevant and applicable.
