Provides computer support by troubleshooting and correcting problems with computer hardware or software applications. Minor office support.
Duties include but not limited to:
CPCSSsupport, answering phones, install and upgrade computer hardware and software applications. Tasks may include light lifting and transport of computer equipment
•Keep reliable working hours
•Help with computer Issues and trouble ticket requests
•Engage in and work to through the completion of computer support projects
•Work as a team with others to accomplish goals
•Troubleshoot and solve end user computer problems
Must be U of U Student in good standing. This is an entry level position and on the job training is provided. The ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions; the ability to keep accurate records; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.
