Job Summary

Content Management & Usability, a division of University IT, is seeking a University of Utah student to provide administrative billing support services. The successful candidate will undergo training as needed, but will be expected to have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the coordination and execution of annual billing for misc. UIT services

· Perform regular audits of user accounts, updating as needed

· Provide general administrative support for Content Management & Usability team

· Other administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

· Must be a current University of Utah Student

· High school diploma or equivalency

· Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel)

· Strong attention to detail and processes

· Effective communication and organizational skills

Preferences

· Previous office experience is a plus.

· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

· Previous experience with billing processes (including preparing invoices and processing e-journals)
