Job Summary

Provides highly detailed and confidential office assistance to the University of Utah Student Course Feedback Program Manager.

Must have completed at least 2 semesters at the University of Utah and be currently enrolled in full-time undergraduate coursework.

Six months clerical or customer service experience required.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills in a professional setting working in a diverse and collaborative environment.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Works closely with the manager to ensure that the Student Course Feedback program runs efficiently and effectively.

Researches and evaluates requests made via telephone and email from faculty, departmental administration and staff.

Ensures accuracy of all data collected and entered.

Adheres to a strict confidentiality policy related to program information.

Maintains task and project organization plan and communicates clearly regarding established deadlines.

Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications


Previous clerical and/or customer service experience.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Knowledge of basic web editing.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, friendly individual who is detail-oriented, organized and has a positive attitude.
