Job Summary
Greets, directs, and assists guests; scans tickets; responds to guest questions in a friendly and professional manner. May resolve seating problems. Assists and supports the work of other usher staff as needed. May assist with event setup and tear down.

Greets, directs, and assists guests; scans tickets; responds to guest questions in a friendly and professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent customer service and human relations skills; the ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and resolve issues. May be required to stand for a number of hours at a time, lift 10 lbs., and/or walk up and down stairs multiple times.
