The Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Utah School of Medicine has an opening for a faculty position as a Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon. The new faculty member will join a dynamic and successful pediatric orthopaedic team within an outstanding academic orthopaedic department. The position will entail clinical work at Primary Children’s Hospital and Shriners Hospital for Children. The appointment will be at a rank appropriate to the candidate on the tenure track.

Minimum requirements include completion of a residency in orthopaedic surgery and one year of fellowship training in Pediatric Orthopaedics. The chosen candidate is a team player and will have a sincere desire to develop and mentor others in the field. A successful candidate will have demonstrated and exceptional academic interest and a clear record of excellence in all aspects of orthopaedics including clinical care, education and clinical or basic science research.
