The Telehealth Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting a variety of systems and applications used by UETN to deliver Telehealth solutions to our customers.
This is a Category IIA position: Not required on campus and able to telework during the duration of the University’s COVID -19 response. Employees and/or functions where employees are able to work remotely in order to maintain campus systems, campus operations, clinical operations, and patient care.
Administration of a cloud-based Telehealth platform used by UETN customers to deliver care to their respective patient population. Managing onboarding of new customers into this platform and working with customers, their patients and the vendor to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner. Support a variety of cloud-based and locally hosted systems/applications that deliver video conferencing, webinar and collaboration services. Participate in a rotational 24×7 support schedule. Collaborate with peers to support other systems such as Active Directory/ LDAP solutions, network attached and cloud-based storage.

Require a bachelor’s degree in a related area, or equivalency, and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Department Specific Requirements:
Experience working with Telehealth platforms either locally hosted or in the cloud
Experience with locally hosted or cloud-based webinar, video conferencing or collaboration tools
Experience working with Microsoft Windows and/or Mac
Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite of products
Experience working with server based applications
Experience with H.323 and/or SIP
Understanding of networking technologies
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Ability to learn or seek to resolve an issue independently
Good command of English in both comprehension and writing
