Job Summary
This position would primarily work on two, three years studies doing telephone surveys with pediatric patients, some of whom have experienced a trauma. The research assistant will call and schedule the telephone survey as well as conduct them, manage the study records, and mail out gift cards to people who have participated in the studies.
Responsibilities
Duties include:
-Filing and Maintaining Research records with attention detail and confidentiality.
-Data entry.
-Maintaining gift card inventories.
-talking to patients by phone
Additional tasks may be assigned to those with demonstrated ability, such as transcription of audio recordings, and coding of interview data using qualitative coding software.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferences
Fluency in Spanish
Familiarity with REDCap database.
