Job Summary

This position provides a good opportunity for an intern to gain real world experience drafting and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating confidentiality disclosure agreements, reviewing and editing contracts, corresponding with industry partners, and legal research and writing projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferences

2L or 3L 2019/2020 academic year.

Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a cohesive team, and must posses strong written and verbal communication skills.
