Job Summary

This is a SharePoint Developer Position designed to assist the SharePoint Manager in development activities where you will work with a team to build enterprise solutions for the U of U Health intranet. You will work with other Developers and Business Analysts to assess the needs of various business lines and develop web solutions, custom forms, work flows and applications to help optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Experience with client side web services

8. Develop, test, implement, document and maintain business system solutions within SharePoint platforms

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience. 5-8 years of experience.

Department Specific Qualifications:

• Extensive SharePoint related development experience

• Preferred experience with these technologies: XSLT , ASP . NET C#, CAML , JavaScript, Angular, HTML , CSS , Task Running Tools (Grunt, Gulp), React, Webpack, Typescript, NPM /Yarn

• Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code

• Experience with Git and Github a plus

• Extensive knowledge in SharePoint ecosystem, including lists, libraries, sites, workflows, timer jobs, web parts, WSP solution packaging, REST web services, event receivers, and the Server/Client/JavaScript object models

• Experience integrating SharePoint with external data sources

• Ability to use create and maintain technological solutions in SharePoint that will increase the operational efficiency of business lines

• Use accepted project management, application development and documentation standards and processes
