Job Summary

The TBI and Concussion Center ( TBICC ) in the Department of Neurology at the University of Utah is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to assist in conducting clinical research in patients with traumatic brain injury ( TBI ) and concussion.

Preferences

Minimum qualifications are a Ph.D. in neuroscience, psychology, neuropsychology, or a closely related field. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in clinical research design and execution. Previous experience with participant recruitment, interaction with multi-disciplinary teams, administration of neuropsychological assessment and psychological functioning measures, assisting with regulatory requirements, basic statistical analysis and/or scientific writing are preferred. Prior experience in research with participants with TBI /concussion (particularly with populations of athletes, Veterans/active duty military, physical rehabilitation) is ideal. The fellow will be expected to lead and/or contribute to resulting publications. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
