Job Summary
Connect2Health is an AmeriCorps Program. This position will serve as the AmeriCorps Site Supervisor and Campus Coordinator for Connect2Health. This position will help oversee all AmeriCorps Members (approximately 10-15 Members at a time.) This position will be responsible for managing and strengthening the AmeriCorps component of Connect2Health, and generally to provide administrative support for the program.
Responsibilities
1.Provide Administrative Support to Connect2Health Leadership Including:
a. Bi-weekly Meetings for Special Projects, and Leadership Coordination
b. 2 Monthly Site Visits
c. Community Organization Outreach (Supervision of Chairs)
d. Volunteer Recruitment/Training/Evaluation
2.2. Assist in the coordination and oversight of AmeriCorps program components including:
a. AmeriCorps Member Interviews
b. AmeriCorps Site-orientations, 2 Monthly Site Visits, Campus Compact Visits
c. AmeriCorps Member Training
d. Coordinating AmeriCorps Reflection Sessions
e. AmeriCorps Member Monthly Audits/ Evaluations
f. Preparation of Reports/Paperwork/Applications to AmeriCorps Campus Compact
3.3. Other duties as assigned.
Problem Solving
Incumbents in this position are expected to be familiar with the department’s policies and procedures and have working knowledge of University and department organizations and procedures in order to answer and assist staff and visitors. Incumbents are also expected to demonstrate sensitivity to others’ needs while being understanding and helpful on the job.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education) required. Two years of related experience, ability to use logic and reasoning to prioritize tasks, expertise using MS Office software, and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required. Database experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field may be preferred.
