Postdoctoral fellows will focus on their own research while working closely with a faculty mentor.
Successful candidates should have a well-demonstrated interest in strategy and entrepreneurship. The initial appointment is for two years, with an option to extend a third. Start date is negotiable but anticipated to be July 1, 2021.
Our current tenure line faculty include Jay Barney, Lyda Bigelow, Jack Brittain, Josh Feng, Bill Hesterly, Matthew Higgins, Bill Schulze, Orie Shelef, Jason Snyder, Rob Wuebker, and Todd Zenger. The Department also co-hosts the Winter Strategy Conference, which annually features the work of early career strategy scholars.
Scholars are expected to be in residence during their tenure, participate in seminars, and contribute to the broader intellectual community. It is expected that fellows will teach one course during the appointment. In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package scholars will be provided an allowance for research/conference related expenses.
