Job Summary

A full-time postdoctoral research position is available in the lab of Dr. Anna Beaudin to study developmental hematopoiesis. This position will investigate how hematopoiesis goes awry in response to developmental perturbation using mouse genetics, single-cell, and in vivo approaches. The successful candidate will develop an independent and innovative approach to studying blood cell and immune development.

Responsibilities

Performing and leading research projects, developing original ideas and solving research problems, preparing manuscripts for publication, and attending conferences.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferences

Ability to work independently with guidance from principal investigator and collaborators. Excellent written communication skills; good organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to mentor graduate and undergraduate students in lab. Experience with mouse as model organism. Experience with bioinformatic approaches and analysis of bulk and single-cell sequencing datasets.
