Job Summary

Postdoc with a primary duty consisting research-related work. Required to meet FLSA threshold to be paid on a salaried basis, otherwise employment record will convert to hourly.

The Buckley lab is relocating to the University of Utah/Huntsman Cancer Institute August 1st, 2022, and looking to hire multiple positions. The goal of my lab is to utilize genomic and proteomic approaches in normal and malignant hematopoietic cells as well as mouse models to study molecular mechanisms regulating cell fate decisions. Our research specially focuses on studying posttranslational modifications by ubiquitin E3 ligases in self-renewal, differentiation, and transformation.

Responsibilities

PhD in biological sciences (ie. Molecular Biology and Biochemistry)

Relevant experience includes molecular biology, tissue culture of both primary cells and cell lines, proteomic techniques including mass spectrometry, ubiquitination assays, flowcytometry, bioinformatics, or mouse models of leukemia and lymphoma.
