Job Summary

The Education Intern will be mentored by PBS educators to gain practical, hands-on experience in education and non-profit collaboration to support parents, educators, and children.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and execute PBS Utah and PBS KIDS Utah educational programs, annual initiatives, and events, in collaboration with PBS Utah’s Education Program Manager and Education Coordinator.
  • Assist with the PBS KIDS Utah blog, newsletter, Reading Marathon, Writers & Illustrators Contest, in-person and virtual events, educator trainings statewide, PBS LearningMedia, Reading Marathon Kickoff Party and rural Mini-Grant program, book distribution, and grant specific curriculum and programs.
