POSITION OPPORTUNITY : PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES

The University of Utah Palliative Care Service within the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine seeks a physician for the adult palliative care consultative service in Salt Lake City, Utah. Established in 2006, the Palliative Care Service serves complex patients with a broad range of serious diseases. This is an academic faculty position on the Clinical Track with faculty rank commensurate with experience. Candidates should be interested in working with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, advance practice nurses, social work, and chaplaincy to provide patient care, house staff education, and conduct research.

Candidates must have an MD, be board certified and have completed a Palliative Medicine fellowship or possess advanced experience in Palliative Care.
