Job Summary

Assist a large group of specialized pediatric orthopedic providers with triaging, scheduling, registration and providing excellent patient care. This position will require you to travel to all of our office locations.

Will be traveling to our Salt Lake, Layton and Riverton locations and occasionally our Provo location when needed for coverage.

iCentra and EPIC are the medical records system’s we use to schedule and chart in daily.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to our patients in-person as well as over the phone. Greet patient as they arrive and leave our clinic in a friendly manner. Use iCentra and EPIC to schedule, check-in and out, and work queue’s. Collect co-pays. Triage patient phone calls as well as paper and electronic referrals to schedule patient into correct clinics. Obtain prior authorizations for procedures. Be able to triage, multitask and complete assigned work in a timely matter with minimal oversite. Must have excellent problem solving skills

Minimum Qualifications

Required

One year of office experience, customer service experience, or the equivalency.

Current, valid Utah driver’s license at time of hire may be required in some areas.

This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements.
