This position oversees and is responsible for all standard project management processes and procedures, including but not limited to the planning, execution, monitoring and completion of all aspects of an assigned project. The incumbent provides administrative project leadership and support to the assigned project team and senior stakeholders. The incumbent also serves as a liaison between the ICBO Council, RCSS Department and other involved teams within the organization, ensuring successful execution of all projects.

  • Provides direction and support to the project team.

  • Leads project planning and plan implementation.

  • Facilitates the development and usage of standard project management principals and documentation, which could include project definition, scope, goals, communication, risk mitigation and deliverable plans.

  • Performs appropriate project closure processes to include evaluation and documentation of project successes, assessment of results and lessons learned.

  • Ensures all defined project management expectations are upheld.

  • Responsible for project stakeholder satisfaction scores relating to assigned projects.

  • Responsible to achieve defined project goals and deliverables.

  • Continuously monitors and reports on project deliverables and quality achievements to all stakeholders.

  • Performs ongoing evaluations of project effectiveness.

  • Actively engages project stakeholders with updates and news as well as involves project stakeholders in decisions and feedback.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field or equivalency.

  • Three years of progressively responsible business / business administration, supervisory, health care, or other related experience.

Qualifications (Preferred)


  • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional Certification).

  • Master's degree in a related field.
