Job Summary

Do you think it would be fun working with people from different cultures from around the world?

We are looking for responsible and friendly to provide top-notch service to students and faculty. The main responsibilities will be to greet and assist visitors in person or over the telephone. As well as, provide general office support.

Responsibilities

Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

Responsibilities:

1. Receives, greets, and directs visitors to the appropriate person or office.

2. Answers telephones, providing assistance, and directing customers to the correct person or office.

3. Processes and distributes mail.

4. Assists executive office team member’s tasks.

5. Schedules placement test appointments and arranges meetings.

6. Answers questions about the organization and associated activities.

7. Tidies and maintains the office.

8. Maintains office equipment; arranges for service calls as needed.

9. Assists with marketing efforts.

10. Sets up technical equipment, makes photocopies, digitizing and scanning documents.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
