Job Summary

Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone. Provides general office support.

Responsibilities

distribute mail

process key requests; maintain spreadsheet of key assignments

assist faculty with book and art packet orders

maintain paper/toner for office machines

code authorized individuals for building entrance/rooms on C-Cure

order office supplies

maintain department mailboxes

post room schedules

provide support for the Alvin Gittins Gallery

be a back-up for Scheduling Specialist

assist accountant with purchasing card, check requests, reimbursements

submit travel reimbursements and make arrangements for Christensen visiting artists and scholars

pick up and deliver materials for office staff and faculty

assist Visual Resources Coordinator in updating the department webpage and social media feeds

interface withCFAmarketing and PR andCFAdevelopment team

help coordinate department scholarships with faculty and students

Minimum Qualifications
