Job Summary

Applicant will be working as part of a friendly, yet focused, team. Applicant needs to be dependable, able to focus on job at hand, able to problem solve, can work independently, be trust worthy, and not easily distracted by their cell phone. This position has no responsibility for providing patient care. This position will not be involved in any research. Days & hours can vary as long as they are Monday – Friday between 9:00am – 4:00pm.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collecting & distribution of campus mail as it relates to Department of PHCEU .

• Assist with Emails.

• Scanning, filing & shredding of documents.

• Copying/Printing office/faculty related work.

• Word processing, data entry and internet searches.

• Visiting campus offices to deliver or pick up documents.

• Assist in retiring equipment to Salvage office.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.

Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

Preferences

The applicant must be a full-time student with an accepted Work-Study award for the 2017/208 academic year. Work Study award status can be viewed through CIS on the Financial Aid Status page.
