Job Summary

Work-Study position. The College of Engineering’s outreach program provides lesson materials for teachers, activities in classrooms and after school programs and visits with prospective students both on and off campus.

Responsibilities

The person who fills this position will be responsible for preparing materials and supplies for both advising and outreach visits with students, making sure activity kits are always stocked and ready to go and may be asked to give presentations or run activities with small groups of students in a classroom setting. In addition this position is responsible for data entry, organization, equipment repair and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.

College of Engineering student preferred, but not required.
