Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone and provides general office support.
- 1. Greet and assists visitors and those arriving for meeting with staff members.
- 2. Answers incoming phone calls and responds to/forwards voicemails as appropriate.
- 3. Schedules appointments and arranges for meetings, as needed.
- 4. Answers questions about the organization and associated activities, as needed.
- 5. Meets regularly with program director to ensure tasks are understood and being accomplished.
- 6. Assisting in office organization, including maintaining storage space and filing.
- 7. Other duties as assigned.

- Must be approved for work study funding.
