Job Summary

Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone and provides general office support.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Greet and assists visitors and those arriving for meeting with staff members.
  • 2. Answers incoming phone calls and responds to/forwards voicemails as appropriate.
  • 3. Schedules appointments and arranges for meetings, as needed.
  • 4. Answers questions about the organization and associated activities, as needed.
  • 5. Meets regularly with program director to ensure tasks are understood and being accomplished.
  • 6. Assisting in office organization, including maintaining storage space and filing.
  • 7. Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be approved for work study funding.
  • Demonstrated organizational, technical and effective communication skills required. Ability to self-motivate and work independently are required.
