• Receives, greets and directs students to appropriate person or office.
• Notifies advisors when students have arrived for appts.
• Answers phone, providing assistance and directing students to the correct person or office.
• Processes and distributes mail.
• Creates and maintains files.
• Schedules appts and arranges for meetings.
• Answers questions about the organization and associated activities.
• Make copies and data entry.
• Maintains office equipment and arranges for service calls as needed.
• Provides general office support including but not limited to using Cranium Café to book advising appts for students.

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
