Job Summary

Provides general office support to the department of DeCIPHER

Responsibilities

1. Pulling articles for literature searches

2. Organizing shared network files and folders

3. Schedule meetings and appointments with large groups of people

4. Utilize USHOP to make purchases for the department

5. Prepare and maintain agendas and minutes for DeCIPHER meetings from what I give them.

6. Compose and send invoices.

7. Support submission of papers to journals.

8. Send campus mail, follow up on emails, gather signatures.
