Office assistant and AV/Classroom support for the Eccles IT Group.
NO experience required!MUSTbe punctual and dependable! Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are critical to this job.
Support students, faculty and staff in the School of Business within the Eccles IT Group. This role includes paid on-the-job training involving any expected work tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the AV Integration Specialist with projects, unboxing packages, moving computers, mapping network printers, organizing and labeling items, data entry, cleaning, errands, phone triage, and other duties as assigned. While downtimes are rare, the privilege to work on homework may be permitted after all work tasks have been completed, upon supervisor approval. Employee will use an online service ticket system, wherein, careful and detailed documentation is required
Good people skills, including ability to listen, accept constructive criticism, and have empathy for customers. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
