Job Summary

Responsibilities

Clean offices, restrooms, concourse areas using vacuums, buffers, mops, scrubbers, chemicals, cleaners, etc. Prepares the venue for events in the building. Which may include structural creation, set-up, and takedown. Sets up chairs, tables and other equipment or supplies needed for each event. Performs planned maintenance within the facilities. Participates during the special event by providing incidental service related to the event.

Minimum Qualifications

Six months experience required, one year experience preferred. The ability to perform heavy lifting and stooping; the ability to use a variety of equipment; a commitment to providing excellent customer service; and a valid driver’s license also required. Experience may be in custodial or grounds maintenance depending upon area of assignment.
