The Maintenance Helper for the University Guest House & Conference Center is part of the Maintenance Team and assists with maintaining the hotel and conference facilities. Responsibilities
The Maintenance Helper works in the Maintenance Department at the University Guest House & Conference Center, the hotel on campus; this person reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
One year of related experience; demonstrated knowledge of general maintenance and related tools; the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb step ladders/scaffolding; and, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills required.
A Utah driver’s license may be required.
This position is not responsible for providing patient care.
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Preferences
Some maintenance and customer service are preferred.
