Work hours will be scheduled in 4-8 hour blocks of time and depend on work available between the hours of 6:30AM – 3:00PM. On call shifts as scheduled for snow removal.

Job Summary

Grounds Laborer at University Student Apartments. Assists full-time gardeners with grounds duties.

Responsibilities

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Picking up leaves and debris.

- Snow removal

- Assisting with tree and shrub pruning projects.

- Assisting full-time gardeners with other grounds duties.

- Lawn care (mowing, edging, etc.).

- Picking up trash around dumpsters and on grounds.

- Other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid driver license required.
