Job Summary

Performs information systems support and development in three or more functional areas, including but not limited to data control, applications training, data coordination and scheduling, data security administration, IT project coordination, web/software development, etc.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to automate network processes

• Develop automated and scripted solutions that integrate with Enterprise Systems

• Operationally maintain the Orchestration systems in multiple environments

• Troubleshoot automation issues through entire stack

Assists in the installation and maintenance of network equipment. Uses knowledge ofLAN/WANsystems to help install and maintain internal and external networks. Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of network support.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within areas of specialty. Performs a variety of tasks. Relies on experience, and judgment to perform the functions of the job. Works under general supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalency and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within areas of specialty.

•Experience with scripting languages read/write syntax and logic used to complete move/add/change/delete into network assets, Python is preferred

•Experience with version control systems

•Experience with ServiceNow preferred

•Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) systems preferred

•Experience with working with a team and/or large programming projects preferred

•Software trending and reporting automation

•Tools that compare content and detect anomalies based on pattern matching and unexpected input/output

•Electronic output generation of disparate retrievable and/or stored data

•Automated population of tools and applications with content

•Understanding ofLAN/WANtechnologies or protocols, including but not limited to wired/wirelessLANenvironments, data center networking, intranet/extranet environments, IP/MPLS,OSPF,EGIRP, IP Multicast (PIM,MBGP) and Quality of Service.

•Experience with networking products such as routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls,NAC, andWANoptimization products.

•Knowledge of vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, HP, Citrix, etc.
