Job Summary
Responsibilities
Provides administrative support at research clinics
Supports the Principal Investigator coordinators in locating patient’s research chart for patient visits and data collection
Prepares research lab for upcoming visits by ensuring current source documents are on the chart, correct measures of calibration have been performed, and lab is prepared for the upcoming data collection
Takes and manages phone messages, collects data from existing records as needed for real time data collection and assist with participant recruitment
Provides the Principal Investigator with assistance in ensuring research documents are completed in a timely manner
Assists in various administrative tasks as needed
Ensures there is an adequate stock of office supplies and equipment for all research lab
Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and calendars for research program
Tracks and assists in obtaining outstanding training for research staff and investigators as needed
Tracks needed reconsents
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to interact and effectively communicate both in writing and orally with a wide variety of people
Demonstrated ability and experience to interact favorably with clinical investigators to motivate, lead, and provide support to group towards rapid, compliant enrollment
One to two years of experience with customer contact in a high-volume service environment
Proficiency with online research and navigation, including, but not limited to the proficiency with public record websites and social networks
Proven record of experience with working with older adults with mobility and non-mobility deficits.

This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements.
