The Division of Public Health is looking for an individual to help with a research projects examining community factors and wastewater SARS -CoV-2 levels associated with outbreaks of COVID -19. The job entails identifying and acquiring community data, data entry, literature searches, and maintenance of a bibliographic database. We are looking for someone with good data skills, including Excel, Experience preparing tables and scientific graphs, or knowledge of R and/or a statistical program a plus.
This position is considered Category IIA : Not required on campus and has the ability to telework remotely for the duration of the University of Utah’s response to COVID -19. An employee hired into this role will be responsible for providing space, telephone, printing, networking and/or internet capabilities at the telecommute location and agree to the terms of the University of Utah campus and Health Academics COVID -19 Telecommuting Agreement.
