As a Retail or Guest Services Representative, you will have the chance to contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our beautiful botanic garden and engage with a community of plant enthusiasts.

Successful candidates will assume the role of either a Retail Representative or a Guest Services Representative. However, they will be cross trained in both roles and may be scheduled in either location depending on scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

As a Retail or Guest Services Representative you will:

  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
  • Manage transactions for garden admission, memberships, summer concert tickets, and gift shop merchandise with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain the lobby and gift shop to uphold a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service to our valued guests.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
