Assists in facilitating clinical duties at the RedMed Employee Clinic. Provides patient care within the scope of nursing practice and in compliance with guidelines set by governing agencies. Responsible for the day-to-day logistical maintenance of the office, collects and maintains clinical database on patients, and works to ensure patient confidentiality. Interacts with patients on the phone and in person.
Demonstrated effective communication skills required. The ideal applicant will have demonstrated effective outpatient clinical care management with regard to managing and tracking laboratory results, contacting patients, and communicating with the care team regarding individual plans of care.
Familiarity with Epic is preferable.
