Job Summary

La Maison des Enfants, a French Immersion Preschool/Kindergarten for children ages 3-6 years old, located on the campus of the University of Utah in the Beverley Taylor Sorenson Arts & Education Complex, as part of Tanner Dance, is looking for a teacher for the 2021-22 school year.

All candidates must be fluent in French. Native French speakers preferred.

This position requires a versatile teacher, someone who can create, organize and conduct early childhood learning activities which will introduce children to the French language, to arithmetic, and to the arts … all of which will strengthen the socialization, the cultural and physical development of the children.

The ideal candidate should be creative, spontaneous, and passionate about working with young children.

Excellent contact with children and experience desired.

Salary: hourly, commensurate with experience

School year dates: August 31, 2021 through June 3, 2022

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:15 am until 3:30pm
