Provides routine office support. Reviews and processes documents and requests for information, maintains files, enters data and creates reports.
Reviews and processes rotation paperwork and related forms; reviews them for accuracy and completeness; ensures compliance with University and department policies, procedures and regulations.
Answers inquiries that may result in a search for records.
Must be able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer programs proficiently to create reports and documents by gathering and assembling data.
Maintains filing systems by determining the most appropriate filing category.
Answers, screens and routes incoming telephone calls and e-mail.
May prepare invoices for student rotations.

It determines the requisite person or department to direct incoming questions and problems that this incumbent is unable to answer and refers difficult or unusual situations to the supervisor.
