KUER90.1, theNPRmember station broadcasting from the University of Utah, is seeking an office assistant to provide support for the donor relations team through clerical work and database management. Duties will include, but are not limited to, donor correspondence through phone and email, processing mailings for donor thank you letters and gifts, reconciling database records, and supporting fundraising campaigns.
This position will run through April 2019.
-Perform database management, including updating donor information, processing pledges, and reconciling payment records.
-Respond to donor communications as needed, via email and phone
-Assist with daily gift processing Support the collection and mailing of donor thank you letters and gifts
-Staff station fund drives
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor
