Job Summary
The Director of Scouting/Video operations position exists to oversee the scouting and video needs of the Men’s Basketball program. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing the scouting process of opponents and performing extensive analysis; preparing individual player clips and stat sheets; quantifying player performance after games for review by coaches; conducting player meetings and coaching student-athletes on Life Skills subjects; communicating with families; supporting recruiting efforts and visitations; ensuring video footage conforms to NCAA , PAC 12 and institutional policies and procedures; providing assistance with student-athlete academic needs.
