Job Summary

This position will assist KUED’s Membership Manager, Director of Marketing and Director of Fundraising data and process in researching and integrating internal and external data sources into actionable station-wide development cultivation and marketing campaigns.

Telecommuting with select times for in-office work may be considered with this position.

Responsibilities

List of job duties/responsibilities

• Query and download recent data from external and internal sources relating toKUEDviewers and users

• Coordinate data scrubbing and data ingestion

• Coordinate and execute development/marketing lists and content for email, mail or other channel delivery

• Work with Development, Marketing, Creative Services, and Digital/Integrated Media staff to strategize and set communication plans and goals

• Monitor and report on individual campaign results

Minimum Qualifications

Four years public relations experience which includes two years marketing, fundraising or sales activities, or equivalency required. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required. Experience writing news releases, producing newsletters and organizing special events and fund-raising activities preferred. Depending upon department of assignment, preference may be given for a background in purchasing, television production, radio, athletics, library or museum.

Preferences

Education/experience with electronic marketing preferred. Data management experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access strongly preferred.
