Job Summary

Reviews, evaluates, designs, implements, and maintains company database[s]. Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams, and documents the process. Writes code for database access, modifications, and constructions including stored procedures. Responsibilities

1.Streamline existing/create new reporting tools as necessary to assist in internal and external analysis. Utilize Toad (OracleSQL), Tableau, Excel, BO, Jenkins, and other programs.

2.Create ad hoc and automated reports and presentations (OracleSQL, Excel, Tableau, etc) for Internal and External Teams

3.Review and evaluate peer projects and ad-hoc requests.

4.Provide training and mentorship in areas of your scope.

5.Provide cross coverage on several other areas on the team.

6.Submit documentation on projects you manage.

7.Represent the data needs ofUMBon your projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Preferences

•Skilled with Excel,VBA,SQL(Microsoft and Oracle)

•Ability to work with minimal supervision

•Understanding of relational databases andSQL

•Ability to communicate effectively with others

•Working knowledge of Business Objects

•Familiarity with Medical Billing
