This position cleans and prepares apartments for occupancy at University Student Apartments.
1. Cleans interior/exterior windows, toilets, basins, showers, bathtubs, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, walls and kitchen cabinets of vacant apartments.
2. Dusts, cleans and vacuums furniture, fixtures, doors and related furnishings by using appropriate cleaning supplies.
3. Sweeps, cleans, mops, scrubs and dusts floors.
4. Operates and maintains industrial vacuums, carpet shampooing equipment and upholstery shampooing equipment as needed.
5. Assists with painting as needed.
6. Clean stairwells as needed

Nearly Continuously: Office environment.

Nearly Continuously: Sitting, hearing, listening, talking, walking.
Often: Bending, reaching overhead, twisting.
Seldom: Lifting – up to 50 pounds, kneeling, squatting.
This is an entry-level position. Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are required. Six months of related experience is preferred.
Applicant must have the ability to lift 75 lbs.
