Job Summary

Plans and implements activities of a program within a department, ensuring goals and objectives are in accordance with established criteria. Interprets program policies and advises program participants on the application of regulations.

Responsibilities

Duties:

•Study Project Activation

oMonitor Start up email, create and save documents to the finance folders on the x drive

oComplete the eProposal, monitor approvals

oComplete the eAward, monitor approvals

oEmail protocol toARUPforCPTcode review

oSave reply on x drive in start-up documents

oEmail protocol to Investigational Pharmacy for budget

oSave reply on x drive in start-up documents

oUpdate Finance Check lists for Grants and Contracts Officers, during activation process

oPrepare Study Status Report

oOrder mail cards

oEnsureOSPbudget is provided toOSP

oMonitor eProposals onceCTAis executed

oMonitor eAward for Project activation

Coordinator, Administrative PR

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for supporting theHCICTOFinance team in administrative requirements for study activation and maintenance within our clinical trial portfolio. This position will perform key administrative duties and monitor the start-up processes with ourIRB,OSPand our follow up with Principal Investigators to obtain electronic approvals. The position will additionally assist in monitoring administrative areas of clinical trial contracts, once they are activated.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus one year directly related experience or equivalency required. Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content. Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
