Provides routine office support. Reviews and processes documents, maintains files, enters data and distributes mail.
1.Assists with collecting and assembling data.
2.Maintains filing systems by determining the most appropriate filing category.
3.Receives, sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
4.Manages departmental electronic devices, including installing updates, charging, & delivery
5.Designs and emails department newsletter
6.Supports the coordination of training and workshops, including putting material together and attendance tracking
7.Sends/tracks individualized department communications i.e., emails
8. Saves documents to be added to websites – searches for, collects etc.
9. Assists with research on different student affairs topics
10.Ensures compliance with University and department policies, procedures and regulations within the department.
