Provides routine office support. Reviews and processes documents and requests for information, maintains files, enters data and distributes mail.
- Greets students, faculty, and staff in main office.
- Schedules student and faculty studio use.
- Answers, screens and routes incoming telephone calls.
- Receives, sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answers inquiries that may result in a search for records.
- Gathers and and assembles data for reports.

One year of general office experience, or equivalency; effective communication skills, and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required.

Must have prior office experience and be familiar with MAC computer systems.
